Informational Programs

Informational programs on topics of interest and importance to early stage investors and entrepreneurs are being planned and will be scheduled as time permits. Topics under active consideration include what angels do (that VCs don’t), how entrepreneurs talk to angels, valuation of early stage companies, and structuring of term sheets.

Meeting Location

Through the generosity of Tritec Asset Management, Inc., Long Island Angel Network meetings are held in the Lower Level Conference Center, 100 Motor Parkway, Hauppauge (just north of the Long Island Expressway at Exit 53, Wicks Road). Screening sessions are held in various locations to accommodate participants. Attendance at presentation meetings and screening sessions is limited to members, sponsors and their guests.
